Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Effective September 6, 2025

 

 

At Haven At Equalibrium, every session is designed with intention, preparation, and care. Because each appointment requires time, setup, and customized service planning, the following refund policy is strictly enforced:

 

 

 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

 

 

All services, deposits, upgrades, packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable once purchased or rendered.

 

 

 

 

2. No Refunds for Late Arrivals, No-Shows, or Missed Appointments

 

 

• Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may have their session shortened or forfeited without refund.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount and are not eligible for a refund.

• Deposits to hold your appointment time are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Limited Exceptions May Be Considered for:

 

 

• Medical emergencies or hospitalization (proof required)

• Studio closure due to natural disaster or power outage

• Error on Haven’s part (e.g., double-booking or system glitch)

 

 

Refunds in these rare cases will be processed as credit toward future services, not cash.

 

 

 

 

4. Custom Sessions Cannot Be Refunded

 

 

All massage, skincare, bodywork, and luxury spa rituals are custom-designed and time-blocked for you. Because of the preparation and time involved, once the session begins — no refunds or credits will be issued.

 

 

 

 

5. No Refunds on Packages or Memberships

 

 

• Package sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Monthly memberships can be canceled in writing before renewal but are not refundable mid-cycle

• Missed sessions will not roll over or be credited unless otherwise agreed in writing

 

 

 

 

 

6. Dispute Resolution

 

 

If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact Haven directly within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss a resolution. I am committed to client satisfaction — but I do not tolerate misuse of the refund policy.

By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to the following:

 

• You understand that no illegal services are offered or implied

• You will not attempt to solicit, entrap, or manipulate the service provider

• Any inappropriate conduct will result in termination of the session without refund and potential ban from future bookings

• You agree that all content, services, language, and rituals on this site are the intellectual property of Haven At Equalibrium and may not be copied, recreated, or trademarked

• You are entering a legally binding agreement by booking a service through this site or by visiting the studio
