Each session at Haven is a custom-designed experience, tailored to the unique needs of the individual. As such, all session protocols, methods, enhancements, and rituals are considered proprietary and confidential.

 

 

By booking a session, clients agree to the following terms:

 

 

• You will not share, recreate, or attempt to replicate any part of the session design, techniques, service flow, or curated enhancements with other providers, businesses, or on social media.

• You will not disclose any details about your session (including rituals, product pairings, names, or verbal cues) to outside parties or competitors.

• You agree that all services, names, packages, enhancements, and concepts remain the intellectual property of Haven At Equalibrium and may not be copied, trademarked, or monetized by any client, visitor, or third party.

• Haven At Equalibrium does not disclose the details of any session, ritual, conversation, or treatment protocol to anyone — ever.

 

 

Violation of these terms constitutes a breach of trust and may result in legal action for misuse, theft, or replication of protected services.

 

 

 

 

5. Legal Notice: No Entrapment or Deception Permitted

 

 

By entering the premises of Haven At Equalibrium or booking a session (online or offline), you affirm that you are not acting in the capacity of law enforcement, nor are you operating under any false pretense with intent to deceive, entrap, or solicit illegal activity.

 

 

By booking and attending a session at Haven At Equalibrium, you agree to the following terms:

 

 

• You are not entering under false pretenses to conduct a sting, investigation, or set-up.

• You acknowledge that Haven At Equalibrium offers only professional, licensed massage and wellness services, with no illegal activity of any kind ever provided, permitted, or tolerated.

• Any attempt to coerce, entice, or trick the practitioner into illegal conduct is a direct violation of his / her constitutional rights and this privacy contract.

• Such conduct may be viewed as malicious entrapment and grounds for legal action, including civil suit for damages.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Binding Agreement

 

 

This policy functions as a legally binding agreement between Haven At Equalibrium and any individual who:

 

• Books or attempts to book a service

• Enters the studio premises

• Engages with any part of the wellness experience offered

 

 

By initiating contact or arriving for a session, you are agreeing to these terms in full. Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

 

 

 

7. Refusal of Service

 

 

Haven At Equalibrium reserves the right to refuse or terminate any appointment if there is any suspicion of deception, solicitation, harassment, intellectual theft, or illegal requests. All sessions are professional and grounded in ethics, wellness, and care.

 

 

 

 

8. Updates to Policy
